• BA or BS Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business, or a closely related field.
• Five years of experience in IT Network Operations
• One year of lead or supervisory experience in an IT field desired
• Maintain operational effectiveness of all district networks, systems, hardware, devices and other information technology inventory. 
• Monitor and maintain all district technology, network, network safety/privacy, inventory and other related equipment & software.
• Develop and implement district technology plan in collaboration with Educational Technology Coordinator.
• Assist with E-Rate submissions and documentation.
• Work effectively with district administrators, staff, students, LEA/COE staff, and vendors.
• Supervise and manage computer technicians.
• Evaluate technology staff workload and set department priorities.
• Train technology staff on department operations, protocols, and care of equipment.

• Maintain overall responsibility for the maintenance, operations, and transportation program of the district;
• Planning and supervising others;
• Knowledge of state and federal laws pertaining to toxic waste management and risk management concerns;
• Operate a variety of vehicular and stationary equipment, including a school bus;
• Maintain accurate documentation and fiscal budget;
• Serve as safety office for Classified personnel;
• High School Diploma or equivalent to completion of Twelfth grade required;
• Associates or Bachelor degree in related field preferred;
• California School Bus driver’s license preferred;
• California School Bus Trainer certification preferred;
• Salary:  $52,440 - $91,680; Maximum entry is $67,788 (Step 6) depending on experience.
